United Septic has a trained Diagnostics & Maintenance Team.

They can quickly replace any component of your system with appropriate parts.

We can provide repairs as needed for the normal cost of Parts and Labor.

You can purchase a "Maintenance Plan" or "Extended Warranty".

This is only $280 a year, or .77 cents a day.

This simple plan keeps you from being hit with unexpected and expensive repair bills.

Your onsite wastewater system requires necessary maintenance so it can perform at its maximum level.

Without regular scheduled inspections and service, your system could experience difficulties which could lead to expensive repairs and/or the high cost of system replacement.

This Maintenance Plan puts that burden on us.

We want you to be happy with our inspection service!

But we REALLY want your service to be thorough and your system to be operating correctly IF WE'RE THE ONES WHO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS!

SUMMARY:

Your $200 a year "Maintenance (Inspection) Contract" covers Inspections and Timely Reporting to the State and County. ( .54 cents a day)

An Additional $280 Maintenance Plan (Extended Warranty) covers the following: ( .77 cents a day)

Covers all aerators, pumps, mechanical, electrical, piping, plumbing & sprinklers - AND LABOR.

Maintenance Plan does NOT cover these issues:

• Pumping or cleaning tanks
• Replacing broken spray heads (from mowers, etc.)
• Damage from power failures (lightning, power outages, etc)
• Homeowner misuse
• Catastrophes beyond the control of the manufacturer
